Brand research tracker tender requirements

SOPA expects the successful research agency to also advise on the strategic direction of the research to ensure it is optimised and delivering the business objectives. Sydney Olympic Park’s objective is to be a world leading precinct built on the Olympic legacy.

Since July 2001, SOPA has been responsible for the day-to-day management of all public places, 430 hectares of parklands and 7 sporting venues in the park.

This includes:

  • the management of buildings, facilities and landscape assets
  • delivery of programs and events
  • enhancing customer experience
  • provision of sports and leisure facilities
  • conservation of water, energy and resources
  • protection of ecosystems, environment and heritage

Background to brand research tracker tender

SOPA started consumer brand research in 2002 with a benchmarking study. They continued with annual snapshots of consumer perceptions, visitation and behaviour up to 2008. In 2009-10, the consumer benchmark evolved from an annual snapshot to a monthly tracking study. The shift in method was in response to the diverse consumer offerings that change throughout the year.

The brand research tracker tender close date is 2pm AEST Tuesday 30 August 2022.
